If so, this post might be for you. </p> <p>We are looking to recruit a permanent Band 8b Practitioner Psychologist who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to join our Neurodiversity Directorate. You will support our mental health wards and community pathways by offering specialist case supervision and consultation. There will be opportunities to offer training to staff and support with organisational change. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will be responsible for the clinical leadership of a new consultation and supervision pathway which will include incorporating al aspects of clinical governance, and provision of high-quality clinical supervision. </p> <p>The post holder will be responsible for the systematic development and provision of a highly specialist autism consultation offer for the mental health teams and wards in the North Lincs area.. </p> <p>The post holder will develop and provide support that meets the agreed neurodiversity service priorities. This will include training/supervision of other team members and the provision of consultancy and supervision work for the assurance of improving the quality of care our mental health professionals offer our autistic community. </p> <p>The post holder will provide consultation around risk assessments and advice on risk managements, and the provision of psychological advice and consultation to others involved in patients care.</p> <p>The post holder will also supervise and support other neurodiversity practitioners and colleagues with governance responsibility for monitoring quality of practice.</p> <p>The post holder will work closely with the Consultant Psychologist, Lead Nurse and Service Manager for the Adult Neurodiversity Pathway in contributing to the strategic development of the directorate.</p> <p>The post holder will aim to evaluate the outcomes of the new pathway </p> <p><em>We reserve the right to close the vacancy early if there are a high amount of applications</em></p>

We are looking for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our Specialist Community Eating Disorders Service. The Community Eating Disorder Service is a welcoming and compassionate team, which has won the 2018 AWP Trust Service User's and Carer's Award. The service has recently undergone transformation and expansion as part of national and regional developments. These developments are providing excellent opportunities for career development, training, creativity, leadership and innovation for the right candidate!</p> <p>We are looking for someone with an interest in working with people living with eating disorders. People living with an eating disorder are often stigmatised and marginalised; we're therefore keen to find somebody with a keen sense of compassion and equality. You'll be closely supported by the MDT, and there will additionally be opportunities for specialist training.</p>

  <p>You will provide a resource around the assessment, treatment and support of people living with eating disorders. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to junior clinicians within the eating disorders team.   <p><strong>Are you a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist seeking a new challenge?</strong></p> <p>A full time opportunity has arisen for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join the Oxfordshire Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Team and Maternal Mental Health Service in a development role. The right candidate will work across both teams to play a key role in providing evidence-based treatments to perinatal patients across Oxfordshire, as well as supervision, training and consultation.</p> <p>We are looking for a skilled psychologist who is motivated to develop towards clinical leadership and service development, as well as the provision of specialist supervision and support to more junior members of staff.You will have experience of working alongside a range of other professionals to provide psychological advice and consultation regarding formulation and treatment.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate will have experience of providing psychological assessment and intervention for adults in the perinatal period with severe and/or complex mental health difficulties.</p> <p>We welcome applications from newly or soon-to-be qualified clinical or counselling psychologists on the proviso that HCPC accreditation is achieved during the probation period.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This role is crucial in ensuring that patients get timely access to high quality specialist psychological treatments within the Oxfordshire Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Team. As part of the role, you will:</p> <ul>  <li>Provide psychological assessment and intervention for adults with severe and/or complex mental health difficulties presenting in the perinatal period and their families in outpatient, community and inpatient settings as required. This may include the use of digital technology.</li>  <li>Supervise and support the psychological assessment and interventions provided by assistant and trainee psychologists and other clinical members of the team who provide psychologically based care and treatment, dependent on experience.</li>  <li>Provide ad hoc advice, consultation and supervision on clients' psychological care to colleagues and other professionals as delegated by the Principal Clinical Psychologist.</li>  <li>Work towards the standards, duties and responsibilities expected of a band 8a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, which, if achieved in line with developmental reviews, will lead to an opportunity for promotion to band 8a.</li> </ul> <p>You will excel at working autonomously, managing a caseload and taking responsibility for the governance of your psychological practice within a multidisciplinary team. You will be familiar with utilising research skills for audit, policy and service development.</p>

We support young people aged 16 to 24 in Camden who need support transitioning between children's and adult mental health services.
