  <p>The post holder will hold a complex caseload within the multi-disciplinary team, undertaking specialist neurodevelopmental assessments and post assessment interventions. </p>  <p>The post holder will communicate complex information in a highly skilled and sensitive manner, at times dealing with service users who may be hostile or present challenging behaviours.</p>  <p>You will maintain a high standard of clinical records, producing and maintaining good communications with referrers and other professionals involved, liaising with the referrers where appropriate, including liaison with local services and participating in outreach meetings. </p>  <p>The post holder will contribute to the quality, safety and continuous improvement of services provided to service users and their families.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will lead on complex neurodevelopmental assessments for CYP aged 12-25 years within the Autism Assessment pathway undertaking behavioural observations and Developmental interviews for allocated cases.</p>  <p>Leading on the writing of comprehensive assessment reports where leading on the assessment and contributing to other assessment reports where the clinician has contributed.</p>  <p>Work with team manager on intake, referral coordination and on the implementation of the assessment clinics.</p>  <p>Provide consultation to external agencies as required such as GPs/schools/Local authorities,</p>   <h3>About us</h3>

There are opportunities to train in DBT, CBT for psychosis, family interventions, CBT for personality disorders and structured clinical management.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p><strong>Variety:</strong> You will have the chance to work with a wide range of complex presentations including affective disorders, psychosis, and personality, and using a variety of methods and approaches. With assessments, individual therapies, group therapies, family interventions, MDT working, complex case meetings, indirect interventions using a Positive Behaviour Support framework, and supervision all part of the role, it's safe to say that no two days will feel the same! Many of our Psychologists in acute services find that the switching really helps to stay energised.</p>

  <p>To support and enhance the professional psychological care of people who use the Centralised Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) service. <strong>This is 12 months fixed term, 22.5 hours per week, Tuesday - Thursday.</strong></p>
<p>This will involve contributing to aspects of the DBT programme which includes Assessment, Group, Consult and some DBT-Informed individual work under the supervision of a qualified clinical psychologist. Independent work may also be undertaken according to a plan agreed with the team leader and the supervising psychologist. To assist in clinically related administration, conduct of audits, collection of outcome statistics, and/or other project work as appropriate and agreed with the team leader and supervising psychologist.</p>

We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.</p>

There is a large sports hall with changing facilities (the site was formally a Premier League football club's training ground), a bespoke 6th form suite plus a number of other smaller individual spaces used for therapeutic intervention and bespoke support. The School benefits from extensive outdoor space plus a large central courtyard garden in the centre of the school and separate secondary and junior playgrounds, with a multi-use games area.</p><p>Our clinicians are a crucial part of the most joined-up model in SEND. Across all of our specialist schools and children's homes, we provide unrivalled levels of clinical support, both in terms of our expertise and breadth of provision. Our young people present with a complexity of need including developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions and special educational needs.</p><p>As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team you will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments and, based on clinical assessment and formulation, offer individualised interventions and engagement to our young people.</p><p>Our Psychologists work collaboratively within our schools and children's homes, this ensures that therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education, care and support we offer all of our children and young people. <p><strong>Remote Autism Assessors (ADOS-2 / ADI-R)</strong></p> <p>Hunter Gatherer Mental Health are seeking experienced clinicians trained in <strong> ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R</strong> to deliver high-quality <strong>remote autism assessments</strong> for children, young people, and adults. This is a flexible locum opportunity with competitive pay, offering the chance to support individuals and families through accurate, timely, and neurodiversity-affirming diagnostics.</p> <strong>The Role</strong> <p>You will conduct autism assessments using recognised tools (ADOS-2, ADI-R, and screening assessments), contribute to diagnostic conclusions, and provide feedback to patients and families.
