  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist or CBT Therapist to join the Mental Health Rehabilitation Service as we launch Community Rehabilitation in North Kent. We welcome applications from both newly qualified and experienced therapists.</p> <p>Community Rehabilitation supports people with mental health problems to live a full and active life within their family &amp; community, working in partnership with Social Care, Housing and Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector.</p> <p>As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for offering high-quality psychological treatments (individual &amp; group) and family interventions. Case consultation and joint work with team members will also be an expectation. You will have plenty of scope and support to develop your own practice, whilst providing a highly professional service to people with psychosis and their families.</p> <p>What is High Cost Area Allowance?</p> <p>The High-Cost Area (HCA) allowance, also referred to as London Weighting is a payment made to employees who work in London and the surrounding areas.</p> <p>As this post is based in Dartford, Gravesham or Swanley, the successful applicant will receive an additional payment each month.</p> <p>5% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,303 per year and a maximum payment of £2,198 per year (the agreed annual amount will be divided into 12 equal amounts and paid monthly) (2025 figures)</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are currently seeking a creative therapist ( Play, Drama and Music ) to work with looked after children (CLA) in the Hull CAMHS CLA team.</p>
<p>Our service provides therapeutic interventions to children and young people looked after, specialising in supporting individuals who have attachment difficulties and/or have experienced developmental trauma.</p>
<p>As such, you will join a committed CLA Service within the Hull CAMHS team. This post will provide opportunities for professional development and personal growth. Successful applicants will also have access to regular support from experienced Clinicians and supervision from Creative Therapists working within, and allied with, our service.  </p>
<p>We would consider a Band 6 to Band 7 development</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>o To provide advanced assessments and therapeutic interventions where required, within scope of your professional registration.o To provide comprehensive written reports to multidisciplinary team following assessment, consultation and/or therapeutic intervention.o To contribute to complex decision making around, for example, therapeutic interventions for children, young people and/or their carers.o To work autonomously and collaboratively within the MDT, providing consultation, support to other agencies/professionals such as local authority social workers.o To facilitate reflective practice sessions including formulation and contribute to systemic thinking within complex networks supporting children or young people who are looked after or are care leavers.o To contribute to service evaluation/audit and development work.</p>
