  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Post holders will work in the NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Talking Therapies service and provide high intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to service users who have a range of complex anxiety and depression related problems. The role will include providing specialist CBT assessment and therapy, offer advice and consultation on clients' psychological care to colleagues, work to NICE recommendations and within British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) professional guidelines. </p> <p>Post holders will have a Post Graduate Diploma level qualification in Psychological Therapies Practice (High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) or equivalent, significant experience working as a psychological therapy practitioner and demonstrating the competencies required, BABCP accreditation or eligibility for BABCP accreditation. </p>   <h3>About us</h3>

  <p>Are you an experienced Mental Health Practitioner with a background in working within a Mental Health Support Team (MHST) environment, looking to progress in your career into a senior role within an MHST?</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner, the successful candidate will work closely with the MHST Clinical and Team Lead and Senior Clinicians, to ensure success of the MHST.</p> <p>Main duties include: Delivering evidence-based intervention for children and young people and their families in education setting with mild to moderate mental health problems. Provide case management and clinical supervision to EMHPs and Trainee EMHPs under the direction of the Senior Clinicians and both Clinical Leads</p> <p>Offer evidence-based practice in guided self-help, CBT, child and adolescent mental health practice and Whole School Approaches to mental health</p> <p>Clinically develop the provision of group work for children/young people and training for teaching staff, to include training and mentoring EMHP colleagues in order to improve the quality of the group work and training that we deliver</p> <p>They will join a dynamic mental health team in a creative environment where evidence-based interventions, new ideas, ways of working and supporting children and young people are actively encouraged.</p> <p>Furthermore, during the first year in post, the post holders will be attending the University of East Anglia's Supervisor course (likely to be a mixture of online and in person delivery).</p>

  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our developing Neighbourhood Mental Health Team (NMHT) in Wigan (previously called Living Well).</p> <p>Wigan Community Mental Health services are going through an exciting period of change in line with Community Transformation. The NMHT is friendly, supportive and innovative integrated secondary care team. The Neighbourhood population are often a cohort of people who are often perceived as not suitable, too complicated for the current structures or fall though the gaps.</p> <p>We are values driven and use our values to guide our decision making. You will provide psychological assessment, formulation and brief interventions/groups to people supported by the NMHT. You will also offer supervision, consultation, training and reflective practice groups to support all staff to work in a psychologically-informed way. As the NMHT is a developing and changing service, there will be ongoing opportunities for service development, audit and evaluation.</p> <p>There will be opportunity for the role to be developed by the successful candidate to fit the needs of the Wigan population. You will be supported by the team Principal Clinical Psychologist and NMHT Management team.   <p><strong>We are looking for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to work alongside an integrated mental health team based at HMP Full Sutton.</strong></p><p>Rethink Mental Illness work alongside Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV) and Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust to deliver an integrated stepped care mental health service within HMP Full Sutton.</p>

an integrated primary care mental health team within the Prison to provide high
volume, low intensity interventions which will be a range of cognitive
behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-management interventions, for clients with

          <li>Post-qualification experience in offering and delivering the full range of evidence based IAPT low intensity interventions at Step 2.</li>
          
          <li>Evidence of working within a stepped care service with people who have experienced a mental health problem delivering and demonstrating recovery outcomes.</li>
          
          <li>Knowledge of assessment procedures, screening, referral, record-keeping, and evidence-based brief psychological interventions.</li>
          
          <li>Demonstrates an understanding use of evidence based psychological therapies and how it relates to this post.</li>
          
          <li>Ability to develop good therapeutic relationships with clients and practice in a non-discriminatory manner, respecting the beliefs and cultural practices of individuals and groups. </li>
          
          <li>Operates at all times from an inclusive values base which promotes recovery and recognises and respects diversity.</li>
          
          <li>Experience of using clinical outcome measures to inform practice.</li>
          
          <li>Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.</li>
