  <p>We are seeking an experienced and innovative Principal Clinical Psychologist to join our Community Mental Health Team in South Warwickshire.   <p>We are seeking to recruit a full-time Band 8B Principal Applied Psychologist in Adult Community Mental Health (Planned Care) at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHFT).   <p>We see clients with a range of complex mental health problems including CPTSD, personality disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and moderate to severe presentations of depression and anxiety. We fully invest in the support and wellbeing of our staff. <p>Guided by recovery principles, the team maintains close liaison and pathways with a range of existing and specialist mental health community teams, social support accommodation services and social care agencies across the Walsall area in order to ensure that people with a learning disability and mental health and/or behavioural distress needs are also well supported by the full range of services and opportunities that meet their whole life person centred needs and aspirations.</p>

  <p>To provide a highly specialist clinical psychology service to children and young people who are in the care system and their care givers, with complex and severe mental health problems. Clinically, the post-holder will be responsible for individual case management and will be expected to conduct specialist psychological assessments, produce complex formulations, and deliver direct therapeutic work.
