  <p>We are looking to recruit a full-time Senior Clinical Psychologist (or equivalent) or a more recently qualified Clinical Psychologist seeking a preceptorship role to join the south in-patient service for older people within Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT).   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p><strong>This is a community-based role that requires frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they will manage these travel requirements.</strong></p> <p>This role sits alongside other practitioner psychologists, psychological therapists, assistant psychologists, trainee psychologists, Clinical Associate Psychologists (CAPs) and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners (MHWPs) embedded in an experienced, compassionate, trauma informed and person-centred multidisciplinary team which welcomes psychological interventions and collaborative working. </p> <p>The role is a varied one providing assessment (including neurodevelopmental), formulation, individual and group interventions, and consultation using a range of therapeutic approaches. </p> <p>You will also support psychological practice within the team by contributing a psychological perspective to team working, treatment planning and supervising other psychological professionals. </p> <p>There is a key focus on quality to enhance services. The vacancy is open to an existing Band 8A psychologist or a Band 7psychologist wishing to progress in their career.   <p>We are looking for a compassionate psychologist (clinical/ forensic) to join us at Ridgeway in our Secure Inpatient Psychology Service TEWV NHS Trust. It is a Fixed Term 12month post to cover maternity leave.   <p>We are seeking an experienced Forensic Psychologist / Clinical Lead to join our dynamic Forensic Team within Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. Do you thrive in multi-disciplinary settings where psychological skills are highly valued?</p> <p>Working in a very friendly and dynamic CAMHS Service, we have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist based mainly in ourChesterfield Core CAMHS Base following the successful CAMHS Service submission for funding - we have a focused investment from the ICB (integrated Care Board) into routine CAMHS specifically for Reducing CAMHS waiting times as part of a Service Development Improvement Plan 2025 -2027. We are happy to consider flexible options. There are opportunities for indirect working (e.g. consultation, supporting formulation skills development).</p> <p>Our Service has 10 teams with excellent track records working closely together, with opportunities for gaining different experiences to develop your portfolio. Our internal training programme for staff is positively-rated and clinical supervision practice is highly valued. We value the diversity of our clinicians, and the skill sets they bring.</p> <p>Whilst this is an 8a post we are very happy to receive applications from soon to be or newly qualified Clinical Psychologists in a preceptorship role (with a structured development plan to progress with regular support).
