We are a close-knit, MDT-driven team committed to evidence-based, developmentally informed, and psychologically led care.</p><p>About the Role</p><p>We're seeking a Clinical Psychologist with experience or strong interest in working with eating disorders in children and adolescents. You will:</p><ul><li>Provide psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention using evidence-based models such as CBT-E, family-based treatment, and third-wave approaches.</li><li>Contribute to MDT case discussions, treatment planning, and delivery of home and clinic-based interventions.</li><li>Offer psychological thinking and leadership across the team, supporting reflective practice and clinical formulation.</li><li>Deliver supervision and consultation to colleagues, and support the development of psychologically informed care pathways.</li><li>Work collaboratively with families, supporting systemic and relational approaches to recovery.</li></ul><p>This is a rewarding time to join a service where clinical psychology is highly valued.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You'll be responsible for delivering a high quality, comprehensive community mental health service for children and young people experiencing eating disorders and eating difficulties.</p><p>This role involves the provision of supervision and support for multi-disciplinary members of the team, consultation with multi-agency colleagues, direct clinical work, and teaching and training.</p><p>There is also the opportunity and support for further training as required. You will be part of the CEDS senior management team and contribute to service improvement and development. There are strong links with the wider psychology teams across children and young people's services.</p>

In Suffolk there are the under 18s and adult Eating Disorder services and Norfolk there is the under 18s ED services.</p> <p>Reporting to the <strong>LocalityDirector of Psychology</strong>, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership to ensure psychological approaches are embedded within multidisciplinary teams, delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. This pivotal role supports the transformation of services aligned with the Trust's objectives, driving innovation, collaboration, and excellence in psychological care.</p> <p>This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and implementation of specialist psychological pathways for people experiencing a range of difficulties requiring specialist services, while contributing to workforce development, supervision, and training.</p> <p>You will be supported in this role and CPD relevant to the role will be available and encouraged.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

We work with Recovery multidisciplinary teams, where developing and evaluating 1:1 and group interventions for a wide range of secondary mental health presentations is central.</p> <p>The CPI service is made up of multidisciplinary professions and offers a range of activities to support psychologically informed care in our secondary mental health service including supervision and training. CPI offers complex assessment, formulation, and a wide range of therapies in both individual and group formats.</p> <p>The successful candidate will provide specialist assessment, formulation, intervention, and evaluation, as well as staff training, supervision, consultation and support. The Youth Service, provides specialist mental health support for 14 - 25 year olds. In our service we support young people who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties. We have enthusiastic and skilled staff who provide the support that is needed - and they are motivated to make a real difference to young people, their families and carers.</p>
<p>The CYP services in Central Norfolk provide specialist mental health interventions to young people up to 25 in the central Norfolk area, as well as providing specialist intervention to Looked After and Adopted Children across Norfolk and Waveney. Currently the CYP services in Norfolk and divided into an under 14 CAMHs Service and a 14 - 25 Youth Service</p>
<p>The area includes a mix or urban communities as well as including the University of East Anglia and the Norwich University of the Arts, both of which bring large student communities into the area.</p>
