This includes providing support for anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties, as well as running workshops to groups of children within educational settings, on themes such as transition, resilience and wellbeing, general wellbeing hacks, worry and distractions and emotions through puberty.</p><p>Currently MHST are supporting children and young people in over 70 educational settings, which will increase over the next 18 months to around 100 sites across the city. The expansion is being funded through £1.01m from NHS England and Health Education England as part of a national initiative.</p><p>We work in partnership with the school community and other wellbeing services to develop a whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing, building on what is being done already. <p>Join Us as a Mental Health Support Worker</p> <p>Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people s lives through social care?<br> We re looking for a compassionate, motivated, and reliable Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Midworth Street, a supported living project in Mansfield town centre.</p> <p>This role is all about empowering individuals with mental health conditions and additional complex needs, such as substance misuse or distress behaviours, to live independently, make informed choices, and enjoy fulfilling lives. We use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to support each person s journey.</p> <p>Whether you're experienced in social care or looking to start your journey in the sector, we offer the training and support to help you thrive.</p>  <p>About the Service</p> <p>Midworth Street offers supported living for up to 2 4 years, helping people build the skills and confidence to move on. We also provide outreach support to individuals living in their own homes in and around Mansfield.</p> <p>This is a 24-hour service, operating 7 days a week. Shifts include:</p> <ul> <li>7:00am 2:30pm</li> <li>2:30pm 10:00pm</li> <li>10:00pm 7:00am (waking nights)</li> </ul>  <p>Weekend availability is essential. The project is accessible via public transport, but you ll need to be able to get to the site for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.</p> <p>What You ll Do</p> <p>As a Support Worker, you ll play a key role in helping individuals grow and succeed.
