The kind of person we're looking for will: Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC Be a specialist with proven skills and experience to assess, formulate and support the delivery of therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs Have experience of supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences Be a confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people Be a member of a multi-disciplinary team, receiving regular supervision and supported in your CPD Have lengthy sector experience and a background in team supervision are all vital Be a car driver, as there's some travel involved This is a great opportunity to change young lives and have a positive impact on their future.
