  <p>Farleigh Hospice is a charity that provides support to people affected by life limiting illnesses across mid Essex.</p><p>Our team at Farleigh has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community we serve and we are looking for highly motivated sessional counsellors to work alongside our Circle Bereavement team on a temporary as required basis.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will have capacity to deliver a core offer of 6 sessions per client [£26 per hour] and a minimum caseload of 6 clients per week with sessions offered in person or remotely. This role is ideal for those who can commit regular time and are passionate about supporting people through grief in a responsive and timely manner.</p><p>You will be an empathic counsellor with excellent communication skills and a passion for service improvement within health care and in particular the field of bereavement. Experienced in delivering short-term work, you will also be experienced in multi-agency practice with more complex presentations.</p><p>You will have regular clinical supervision in place with a supervisor who is registered with a recognised professional body [e.g. BACP, UKCP, NCS], and with whom appropriate arrangements can be made to meet the regulatory requirements for these sessional clients. In addition, we shall provide operational and governance management on a monthly basis.</p><p>A key part of the role is to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and other health and care professionals to deliver the best possible care for our clients ensuring Farleigh Hospice bereavement service is an integral part of the local health and care economy and is current with the national bereavement picture.</p><p>You will be supported by a dedicated team and have access to excellent professional leadership. </p>  <h3>About us</h3>

Sessional Bereavement Counsellor

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are seeking Two full-time, Band 8a Senior Clinicians, in the capacity of a Counselling or clinical psychologist,</p> <p>This is to be a part of a dynamic and supportive team across Redbridge CAMHS . We have a well established, secure and psychologically safe team, who are passionate providing high quality and effective care to our children and young people.The role required at least two years' experience in delivering specialist mental health therapeutic interventions in a CAMHS (or similar child and adolescent mental health) setting.</p> <p>The service operates a 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday service.We provide access (through the SPA), assessment and evidence based treatment, to a growing population of 0-18-year-olds, across the London Borough of Redbridge We work as a fully integrated MDT working alongside and in collaboration other agencies such as the Primary care Nurses, MHSTs, Education, social care, to name a few.</p> <p>The care we deliver is in line with the i-Thrive framework, where we provide the Getting More help, and System Support and Risk management aspects. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This post involves assessing and treating children and young people who present with moderate to severe mental health difficulties in a community CAMHS setting. The successful candidate will work with a MDT to formulate holistic care plans.</p>
<p>The post holder will receive regular clinical supervision as well as to provide clinical supervision to other team members.</p>
<p>They will be expected to attend, participate and support the MDT meetings as well as network partnership meetings.</p>
<p>They will have a commitment to collaborative working and actively supporting and liaising with other health and social care professionals and partnership agencies as we promote a trauma informed and systemic model of practice.</p>
<p>They will be expected to support the team to manage the caseloads, by providing oversight, clinical support and expert guidance to ensure safe and effective care, supporting the team in maintaining their key performance indicators.</p>



  <h3>About us</h3>
  <p><strong>Starting with NELFT</strong>NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.</p> <p><strong>Probationary Period</strong>This post will be subject to a probationary period.
