  <p>This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Lambeth Mental Health Support Team.</p> <p>You must have completed the Senior Wellbeing Practice Postgraduate Diploma <strong>OR </strong>have a qualification in another core profession, for example: Art, Music or Drama Psychotherapy, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, Clinical or Counselling Psychology.</p> <p>You will need to have a professional registration with the relevant statutory body (e.g. BABCP, HCPC, SWE or NMC).</p>     <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

  <p>We are looking to recruit a Senior Cognitive Analytic Therapist (CAT) to lead our CAT pathway. This post plays a pivotal role in delivering specialist psychological care to adults with complex mental health needs. The post is an established position in Lewisham Integrated Therapies (LIT) and CAT has a long and valued history in the borough as well as in the Trust.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To lead on Cognitive Analytic Therapy in Lewisham. This involves being responsible for the provision of CAT in Lewisham for complex emotional needs, managing waiting lists, supervising junior staff, conducting assessments and offering Cognitive Analytic therapy. To also work closely with our stakeholders in the community mental health teams.</p>

  <p><strong>Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist (Band 7/8a (depending on experience)</strong></p> <p>Psychologists are integral and valued key members of the Mental Health Care of Older People's multidisciplinary teams (MHCOP) in each borough across East London.   <p>The post holder will be an active member of City and Hackney's Mental Health Care of Older Adult's service including the centralised MHCOP inpatient wards and wider East London MHCOP Psychology and Arts therapies professional group.</p> <p>They will work closely with psychologists and other professionals in the team maintaining a standardised approach to the assessment and care of Service Users with complex needs across community and inpatient settings. As part of this, they will contribute to the provision of a specialist psychological perspective for the work of the team, providing highly specialist psychological advice and consultation to other members of the team as well as consultation into the borough's residential and nursing homes.</p> <p>They will be responsible and accountable for the systematic provision of a highly specialist psychology service for people with severe, complex and enduring mental health and dementia related difficulties and their families, presenting to the service and across community and, where appropriate, acute physical health and psychiatric settings.</p> <p>They will develop working partnerships with other members of psychology services locally and across East London boroughs, relevant statutory and voluntary agencies, locality services and providers/commissioners as appropriate</p>   <h3>About us</h3>

  <p>We are delighted to share a rare and exciting opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team in a brand new role at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Due to expansion and improvement of the Acute Medical Unit (AMU), we are seeking to recruit a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to be joint team lead for the acute team, and to clinically lead on delivery of the service to AMU.</p> <p>The postholder will share responsibility for leading the acute team of band 5 and 6 SLTs and a band 4 assistant alongside the other band 7 team lead, and will have access to CPD, supervision, peer support and internal and external training opportunities to develop and enhance their leadership skills.</p> <p>The successful candidate will carry a caseload of patients on AMU, including patients with and without tracheostomies, and those receiving non-invasive ventilation.
