  <p>The CYP IAPT Recruit to Train programme involves both academic learning, coursework and supervised clinical practice. Alongside this, the post holder will work with colleagues in a specialist CFHD pathway, building relationships and wider skills in working children and young people with complex emotional and mental health needs in the community. This will include evidence-based assessment and outcome-monitored interventions in conjunction with the training. There will also be opportunities to engage in Participation and service development as well as contributing to service delivery within the team as required.</p><p>Post holders will be employees of CFHD on a substantive contract and also enrolled on a Postgraduate Diploma course with Exeter University. It is essential that applicants are able to balance a busy work and study schedule. As this is a Postgraduate level training, you will be required to study and perform at academic level and be prepared to work towards their studies outside of identified study time.   <p>This post is a fixed-term (up to) 9 month 0.5 wte AfC Band 8a Highly Specialist Psychological Practitioner post (or a band 7 depending on experience) working into MY Psychological Services for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Critical Care. This post offers the opportunity to develop skills in specialist psychological assessment and therapeutic intervention working with a range of presentations, including psychological trauma, appearance related concerns, and adjustment to injury, across a range of settings in two full patient pathways.</p><p>There will also be opportunity to work with and into different MDTs, offering consultation, supervision to non-psychological professionals and teaching/training. The postholder will be part of two MDTs, a wider Surgery Psychological Section and a growing MY Psychological Services department, with access to strong and supportive groups of professionals. Education Mental Health Practitioner - Selby

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior CWP/EMHP to come and join our mental health support team on a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.</p>
<p>The post holder will work within the MHST and be a vital part of the development of Children's Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner/Educational Mental Health practitioner role within the team, offering both clinical and caseload supervision, alongside delivering intervention at a high-quality; brief outcome focused evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.</p>
<p>The post holder will be supported to attend continuing professional development sessions and link in with the university training programme for current and future CPWP's/EMHP's.</p>

  <p>To improve the lives of children and young people with mental ill health by minimising the impact of their condition through the delivery of low intensity cognitive behaviour therapy (LICBT) to promote recovery and well-being.</p> <p>To be compassionate in meeting the needs of children and young people and their carers. </p> <p>To work as part of children and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), working collaboratively and in partnership with multiple local partners.</p> <p>To be professionally accountable and responsible for children and young people's care, undertaking a range of clinical/therapeutic interventions in patients' homes and other community</p> <p>To promote social inclusion, community access and participation through the provision of children and young people's</p> <p>To facilitate others in the team to develop competence within mental health by providing leadership, day to day supervision, clinical advice and clinical supervision to members of the integrated team as</p> <p>To be committed to and take a lead role in activities integral to the Trust's Quality Improvement System.</p> <p>To promote at all times a positive image of people with mental ill health.
