  <p>Would you like to work in a friendly and supportive Maternal Mental Health Service delivering a service across North Yorkshire and York to women experiencing maternal reproductive trauma and loss?</p>
<p>This is a new service and you will be working alongside other therapists delivering highly skilled psychological interventions at this difficult time in women's/families lives. We are looking to recruit a part time 30 hours per week Family Therapist to lead with Systemic interventions.</p>

  <p><strong>Are you an autonomous Mental Health Nurse looking for a new role in the historic market town of Witney, West Oxfordshire?</strong></p> <p><strong>Do you have extensive experience of working in mental health services and understand the challenges that the Adult care group can bring?</strong></p> <p>North and West AMHT have an opportunity for a Band 6 RMN to be part of a well established Multi disciplinary Team on a full time basis.</p> <p>We are a supportive team which although busy has many rewards. We care deeply about our patients and their families and carers. We believe in listening and responding as a team, piloting new models, supporting each other and developing and using new care approaches. We aim to improve patient care as well as provide increase staff satisfaction and sense of achievement.</p> <p>The team is highly supportive and committed to delivering high quality patient care; where the caseload can be demanding, diverse and frequently complex.</p> <p>Our AMHT provide an assessment and treatment function and the staff working within the team work on a rota covering shifts from 07.00 to 21.00 (7 days/week). The successful candidate will be required to work mainly 9-5 Monday to Friday however there is an expectation that there is flexibility to cover the out of hours shifts when required.</p> <p>The post holder will need to be able to travel around the county, to offer interventions to patients and carers. The area is quite rural with limited public transport, so access to transport is essential.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>  <li>Working within the treatment function of the AMHT you will co-ordinate the care for patients with severe and enduring mental health diagnosis.</li>  <li>You will work autonomously, with a caseload of patients with whom you will engage and offer the recommended treatment and support.</li>  <li>You will have experience of providing community mental health care and able to assess and plan treatment with service users. You will also be able to assess and manage risk, including use of Safeguarding processes.</li>  <li>There are opportunities for team working and facilitating groups such as MBT/CBT based interventions. The MDT consists of medics, psychological therapists, social workers, OTs, RMNs and support workers, as well as embedded workers from the third sector to support with employment, housing and social needs. </li> </ul>

Senior Assistant Psychologist

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are looking to appoint a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist to principally work at CAMHS The Beacon Inpatient Unit, and also to support the CAMHS Crisis Team at times when the number of young people occupying inpatient beds is below capacity.</p><p>The Beacon Inpatient CAMHS Unit is a 15-bedded facility based at the Bradgate Hospital site at Leicester Glenfield Hospital on the north side of Leicester.</p><p>For more information about CAMHS services in Leicester please click here:

You will be joining a vibrant professional group of nine Family and Systemic Psychotherapists who work across a range of outpatient teams.</p><p>Systemic Supervision will be provided and in addition you will be able to join a family therapy clinic, working with another Family and Systemic Psychotherapist.</p><p>The team at The Beacon Unit currently consists of clinicians across a wide range of disciplines: Psychiatry, Psychology, Dietetics, Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy. Systemic Psychotherapy has been a valued and integral part of the team for many years. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Staff work closely with CAMHS Specialist Teams, Outpatient, Inpatient and Adult services, while also having connections with the wider MDT within the community.</p><p>We offer early specialist assessment and intervention using evidence-based approaches to young people up to the age of 18 years old and their families.</p><p>We are especially keen to hear from candidates who reflects the diverse communities we serve.</p><p>Some of the duties you will undertake within this role include:</p><ul><li>To undertake detailed &amp; highly specialist psychological and systemic assessments of children and families. This will involve face to face contact with young people and families.</li><li>To be responsible for offering Systemic Psychotherapy, utilising a range of systemic interventions to individuals and their families.</li><li>The provision of highly specialist one-to-one clinical consultations to other clinical staff, contributing directly to the formulation, diagnosis and intervention plans.</li></ul><p><strong>For more details, please see the attached Job Description and Person Specification.</strong></p>
