  <p>Trainee High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapists are employed on one year fixed term training contract, involving a clinical placement where you will manage a high volume caseload alongside undertaking the Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (PGDip CBT) where you will be required to meet frequent academic deadlines.</p> <p>This is a 12-month training contract, upon successful completion of the course a permanent post will be available. Successful candidates should be available to begin the role in approximately mid-January 2026, exact date to be confirmed.</p> <p>The role requires hybrid working, including both working from home and from either our base in Shrewsbury (Severn Fields Health Village) or Telford (Hall Court), as well as travel within the Shropshire, Telford &amp; Wrekin locality per service need.</p> <p>Training posts available on condition of receiving confirmation of funding - please be aware therefore that number of spaces may change.   <p>The training post includes two days per week at University and three days of supervised clinical practice within the Shropshire, Telford &amp; Wrekin NHS Talking Therapies service. Trainees are expected to progress to working with a high degree of autonomy, with high volume caseloads including video and face-to-face clinical work. In addition to clinical contact, the role will include data collection, data management, analysis and note keeping.</p> <p>We are a busy caring team consisting of Admin staff, PWPs, CBT Practitioners &amp; Relational Therapists.   <p>We are seeking Two full-time, Band 8a Senior Clinicians, in the capacity of a Counselling or clinical psychologist,</p> <p>This is to be a part of a dynamic and supportive team across Redbridge CAMHS . We have a well established, secure and psychologically safe team, who are passionate providing high quality and effective care to our children and young people.The role required at least two years' experience in delivering specialist mental health therapeutic interventions in a CAMHS (or similar child and adolescent mental health) setting.</p> <p>The service operates a 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday service.We provide access (through the SPA), assessment and evidence based treatment, to a growing population of 0-18-year-olds, across the London Borough of Redbridge We work as a fully integrated MDT working alongside and in collaboration other agencies such as the Primary care Nurses, MHSTs, Education, social care, to name a few.</p> <p>The care we deliver is in line with the i-Thrive framework, where we provide the Getting More help, and System Support and Risk management aspects. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This post involves assessing and treating children and young people who present with moderate to severe mental health difficulties in a community CAMHS setting. The successful candidate will work with a MDT to formulate holistic care plans.</p>
<p>The post holder will receive regular clinical supervision as well as to provide clinical supervision to other team members.</p>
<p>They will be expected to attend, participate and support the MDT meetings as well as network partnership meetings.</p>
<p>They will have a commitment to collaborative working and actively supporting and liaising with other health and social care professionals and partnership agencies as we promote a trauma informed and systemic model of practice.</p>
<p>They will be expected to support the team to manage the caseloads, by providing oversight, clinical support and expert guidance to ensure safe and effective care, supporting the team in maintaining their key performance indicators.</p>

<p>We are recruiting for a full-time <strong>Occupational Therapy Assistant</strong> to join our team at Marlborough House in Milton Keynes</p>
<p>Marlborough House is a 28-bed, medium-secure forensic mental health inpatient unit that provides care for men in conditions of medium security. The unit consists of two wards: a 20-bed acute ward and an 8-bed rehabilitation ward. It is part of the Thames Valley Forensic Mental Health Service and is located on the Milton Keynes University Hospital Site.</p>
<p>Recovery is a key element of our approach to treatment at Marlborough house, assisting patients in their journey to change attitudes, values, feelings, goals, and skills. The Recovery Approach is about finding and maintaining hope, re-establishing a positive identity, building a meaningful life, and taking responsibility and control.</p>
<p>You'll work under the supervision of our OTs to carry out routine occupational therapy interventions and basic assessments with clients, provide administrative support to the team and facilitate therapeutic groups.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>
<li>Carry out routine occupational therapy intervention and basic assessments with clients as directed by OTs.</li>
<li>Evaluate OT interventions delegated by the OT</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the occupational therapy team with the development of occupational therapy resources, and preparation of materials for intervention.</li>
<li>Support the occupational therapy team with the facilitation of therapeutic groups.</li>
<li>To be an active member of the Marlborough House team, recording and updating clinical records and sharing information with the multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Use practical and technical skills with patients to assist them in meeting individual need-based goals, as directed by the OT case managing the patient and their wider clinical team.</li>
<li>Plan and co-ordinate a program of therapeutic activities with the wider OT team and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.</li>
<li>Assist in identifying patient's strengths and needs in order to plan and implement suitable therapy interventions for groups and individual patients</li>
