  <p>Oxleas are seeking to recruit a clinically skilled, innovative and experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to provide clinical and professional leadership across our Intensive Case Management for Psychosis (ICMP), Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP), and Community Mental Health Rehabilitation and Enablement Service (CMHRES) Teams, in the London Brough of Bexley based in Erith. Bexley ICMP is a multi-disciplinary mental health team working within the psychosis pathway within a secondary care community mental health setting.</p> <p>The post holder will work alongside another Principal Psychologist, and Consultant Clinical Psychologist in taking a locality leading role in managing the provision of psychological therapy in the team and join the team manager and consultant psychiatrist in forming the senior clinical team to provide clinical leadership to the ICMP team.</p> <p>The post would be suitable to current 8A's (with at least 3.5 years post qualified experience) or 8B's with relevant experience and transferable skills who have a specialist interest in psychosis.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>A central component of the post will be taking an operational leadership role in further developing the role and remit of psychological therapy in the service. This would encompass support and oversight of referral screening as well as waiting list management, supervision and consultation to the wider team. Service development and innovation are embraced and 3rd sector working, training and working across service transitions would all form aspects of the leadership part of the role.</p> <p>The post will also ensure clinical time for the provision of highly specialised psychological therapy. Specialist training in a particular modality, as well as supervisory training in these, will be highly desirable eg CBTp, FiP, EMDR.</p> <p>The ICMP psychology team is comprised of a band 4 Assistant Psychologist, band 7 and 8a psychological therapists, as well as input from an Art Psychotherapist and Family Therapist, and a borough wide service lead Consultant Psychologist. Doctoral trainee and honorary placement supervision are also encouraged and the services maintain close links with the Salomons DClinPsy Doctoral Program. Supervision of the local psychology team and yearly appraisals (PDR) will also form some of the operational tasks of the post. The new incumbent will also join an established group of senior psychological therapists from across the borough. This is an established leadership forum offering peer support, and links to senior management.</p>

  <p>We're looking for an experienced, BABCP accredited CBT Therapist to join our welcoming and dynamic CAMHS team in West Sussex. You should have a strong background in working therapeutically with children, young people and families, and demonstrable experience of providing supervision within CAMHS or CYP services.   <p>As a senior member of the West Sussex CAMHS team, you would participate in the core multi-disciplinary assessment and intervention work of the team and engage in multi-agency liaison work as necessary. You would also be required to participate in the supervision, training and the overall governance requirements of SPFT CAMHS.</p> <p>While holding a small clinical caseload, you will provide support and supervision to a growing CBT workforce and contribute to our CBT leadership team across the wider Sussex CAMHS service, regarding innovative ways of developing our CBT offer. In particular, this role would support new CBT trainees in placement while they undertake their training at Kings College London.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Biomedical Scientists (BMSs) contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of patients by performing and interpreting a range of scientific procedures on biological specimens using highly complex equipment.</p>
<p>This post operates throughout Haematology and Blood Transfusion, in conjunction with the Biomedical Support Workers. The laboratory is fully UKAS ISO 15189 Accredited and is also an accredited site for HCPC Certificate of Competence and IBMS Specialist Portfolio in Chemistry Training. The department has state of the art equipment with a refresh of major analysers in 2019.  </p>
<p>We have Sysmex with Di60 for FBC and Films, Werfen for coagulation and Ortho in Blood Transfusion  In 2021 we have installed and gone live with a comprehensive Kelsius Temperature Monitoring System.  Early in 2022 we expect to take on a full complement of new Microscopes.  Ordercomms is now established for Hospital and GP Users and the laboratory and a major IT upgrade to Winpath Enterprise is underway for implementation in 2022.</p>

<p>This is a new service and you will be working alongside other therapists delivering highly skilled psychological interventions at this difficult time in women's/families lives. We are looking to recruit a part time 30 hours per week Family Therapist to lead with Systemic interventions.</p>

  <p>Help for Psychology is a friendly, growing team. We carry out multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental assessments and provide psychoeducation and therapy for children and young people at our clinic in Norwich. We are a recognised provider of NHS Right to Choose services in Norfolk and Waveney. We have a team of employed and associate clinicians and this role has been developed specifically to support our existing senior clinicians (who also work part time) in managing our team of employed clinical psychologists, assistant psychologists and trainees from the UEA. There is also the opportunity to join the senior management team in shaping the future direction of the company. This would be an ideal role for an experienced clinical psychologist who is seeking a more flexible role where there is the opportunity to balance workload and professional development (we are happy to talk about flexible work hours and will even consider a term time only contract). We are committed to providing a truly holistic, multi-disciplinary service to children and young people in the local area, with clinicians from a range of disciplines (psychiatry, paediatrics, occupational and speech and language therapy) and in turn can offer an attractive salary and benefits package, a comfortable and airy work environment and free parking on site.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The role will provide a flexible mix of clinical work (both assessment and therapy), supervision and management and the opportunity to be part of the wider senior management team shaping and developing the future direction of the company. Many of our cases are complex and we need someone with a good understanding of autism, ADHD and joint presentations, who also brings substantial knowledge of trauma, attachment difficulties, and mental health challenges. From a therapeutic point of view, we currently offer psychoeducation, adapted CBT, EMDR, ACT, Compassion Focused and CAT informed therapy packages, and would be happy to embrace new ideas and support additional training.</p><p>We need strong supervision skills and would support the successful applicant to pursue management training, or coaching, if this was required.</p><p>There would also be the opportunity to support workforce planning and to contribute strategically.</p>
