  <p>An exciting position has arisen for a psychologist or CBT therapist to join the Havering Early Intervention Psychosis Team for 6 months, fixed-term.</p>
<p>The post holder will join a well-established early intervention in psychosis service for people with a psychotic diagnosis and their families.</p>
<p>The post holder will join the EIP team, delivering CBT for psychosis with people aged between 14-65 who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis.</p>
<p>The post will suit enthusiastic psychologist or CBT therapist with an interest in developing their skills in applying evidence-based psychological therapies with this client group and working with multi-disciplinary teams.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will provide assessment and evidence-based interventions for this client group . The post holder will be expected to work closely with the multidisciplinary team and offer support on psychological approaches to working with psychosis.</p>
<p>The post holder will be expected to participate in supervision and CPD focused on evidence-based interventions in psychosis.</p>
<p>In addition, the post holder will receive individual supervision and group supervision in CBT for psychosis. The service has practitioners interested in Narrative Exposure Therapy, EMDR and Family Intervention for Psychosis amongst other approaches.</p>
<p>The Trust has strong links with the UCL, UEL and Royal Holloway clinical psychology courses, several Counselling Psychology courses and the UCL CBTp diploma. Current members of the department are engaged in teaching and research projects with local clinical training courses.</p>

Each MHST is co-located in schools, operating from the four main geographical hubs, with services delivered across the cluster of schools for each area.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a Senior Clinician you will be mentoring and/or supervising the development of EMHPs in your team, building a culture of high-quality clinical practice. You will grow and nurture trainees and newly qualified EMHPs, utilising your experience and skills to ensure they develop into well rounded clinicians.</p>
<p>You will take the lead in building relationships with senior leaders in schools, providing regular case consultation, support and advice, and being a 'link' to the wider children's mental health services. Together with the Clinical Lead and educational psychologists, you will develop programmes of work to support schools with their whole school approach goals, enabling more sustainable, holistic change. Finally, you will hold a small caseload, delivering direct interventions to CYP and families.</p>
<p>We are looking to build a multi-disciplinary team whose strength comes from the variety of skills and experience brought by each team member.   <p>The Community Forensic Service provides in-reach support to help service users move safely towards discharge and reduce length of stay in secure care; and enhanced support in the community, promoting sustained recovery and quality of life and reducing recalls to hospital. The service comprises several borough based multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, FCPNS, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Family Therapists, Social Workers, Life Skills Recovery Workers and Peer Support and Care Peer Support Workers. The service model places a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary work and service user involvement, and co-production. The model stresses the importance of working across the care pathway from inpatient to community, and there is an emphasis on building relationships and signposting with community services (including community arts projects and arts in health providers) to work collaboratively to address the needs of the diverse population</p>

  <p>We are seeking an experienced Musculoskeletal qualified physiotherapist who is keen to expand their experience into working with patients with chronic pain problems by working as part of the Pain clinic team delivering the Pain Management Service for Kingston and Richmond foundation Trusts. </p> <p>The Pain clinic is situated in Teddington Health and Social care centre (THSCC) 18 Queen's Road, Teddington, TW11 0LR (Behind Teddington Memorial hospital).</p> <p>You will be enthusiastic &amp; dynamic and with adequate musculoskeletal experience to feel confident in assessing and managing this patient group.</p> <p>You will be a key member of the Pain Management Service Team, who provide an integrated service to adults referred with persistent pain. The team includes clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists, specialist physiotherapists, an alexander technique teacher and acupuncturist who work closely alongside consultant anaesthetists who specialise in chronic pain management.</p> <p>We are a well-established, supportive and innovative service and are currently piloting an initiative to improve the patient pathway for people referred to therapies.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The role will:</p> <ul>  <li>Be responsible for the delivery of a high quality, efficient Physiotherapy service to all appropriate patients referred from the Pain Clinic.</li>  <li>To deliver Pain management programme with a psychologist or psychotherapist.</li>  <li>Undertake and deliver individually led classes and 1:1 courses of treatment</li>  <li>Participate in appropriate audit and research activities within the Pain Management Service.</li> </ul> <p>Applicants must be trained in physiotherapy to the standard required for registration with the Chartered society of physiotherapy &amp; Registered with the HPC.</p> <p>You should have at least 5-6 years post-qualification experience in a medical setting. Preferably with at least 3 year of musculoskeletal outpatient experience and experience of working with patient with persistent pain. Experience of working with patients within a chronic pain service would be desirable.</p> <p>Ability to communicate sensitively is essential.   <p>We have an exciting opportunity for a 6 session Band 7 Adult Psychotherapist post to join our dynamic, friendly and welcoming secondary care team in the North-West Surrey Psychotherapy Service at Unither House, Chertsey which is one of three psychotherapy services in the Trust.</p>
<p>We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with experience of working with severe, enduring, and complex mental health presentations and/or those with a core professional training in mental health.</p>
<p>The post holder will have substantial experience working as an adult psychotherapist in a specialist psychotherapy service, or its equivalent including experience in specialist assessment and treatment, individual, group and MBT psychotherapy, and long-term work with severe and enduring presentations.</p>
