<p>seeking We are looking for an experienced CAMHS practitioner with an up to date core profession and registration to join our Crisis and Home Treatment (CAHTS) team.</p>
<p>We are a close knit leadership team who provide a crisis and home treatment service to children and young people across Bristol, Swindon and Wiltshire CAMHS. This role would involve some home working and a clinical base can be agreed in one of our 5 CAMHS teams (Keynsham, Salisbury, Melksham, Marlborough or Swindon). We are looking for an individual who is keen to use their clinical skills to support children, young people and their families in crisis and the clinical and professional network around the young person.</p>
<p>We have a strong emphasis on training and the team has received training in NVR, Positive Behaviour Support, Motivational Interviewing and Eating Disorders over the last 6 months. We would be keen to hear about your area of clinical interest and are able to think about creating a job plan that will support your skills and expertise.</p>

  <p><strong>Do you have experience working with Children, Young people and their families with mental health difficulties?</strong></p> <p><strong>Are you looking to enhance your skills and work within a supportive and experienced team?</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Clinical or counselling Psychologist to join the Bath and North East Somerset (BANES) Mental Health Support Team (MHST) on a part-time basis.</p> <p>You would be joining an MHST team of dedicated staff working in schools across BANES, offering Low Intensity CBT for mild/moderate anxiety and low mood, as well as a whole school approach.</p> <p>You would be offering 1:1 therapy for CYP with moderate MH needs that exceed/do not fit with Low Intensity as well as providing Clinical Skills and Case Management supervision and support to colleagues trained in Low intensity CBT.</p> <p>If you do not currently possess a post graduate certificate in Supervision, you will be enrolled on the one year part time post graduate supervisors course in order to meet the requirements of this role.</p> <p>You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the many exciting service developments currently underway. We have close links with the University of Bath and University of Oxford Doctorate courses.</p>

  <p>You will be joining either the BANES Mental Health Support Team, a constantly evolving service which is committed to adapting to meet diverse and challenging demands and to maintaining high quality specialist assessment and intervention whilst being mindful of throughput, innovation and efficiencies. They are responsible for providing patient care, administering medication, and educating patients and their families.</p><p>You will be working with one of the NHS facilities in that area.</p><p>They perform clinical tasks, monitor patient health, and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.</p><p>Additionally, they advocate for patients, adhere to healthcare standards, and engage in ongoing professional development. Senior nurses often assume leadership roles, overseeing junior staff and managing healthcare resources.
