We are happy to consider flexible options. There are opportunities for indirect working (e.g. consultation, supporting formulation skills development).</p> <p>Our Service has 10 teams with excellent track records working closely together, with opportunities for gaining different experiences to develop your portfolio. Our internal training programme for staff is positively-rated and clinical supervision practice is highly valued. We value the diversity of our clinicians, and the skill sets they bring.</p> <p>Whilst this is an 8a post we are very happy to receive applications from soon to be or newly qualified Clinical Psychologists in a preceptorship role (with a structured development plan to progress with regular support).   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>As a Clinical Psychologist in Core CAMHS you will:</p> <ul>  <li> Provide specialist psychological/therapy-based assessments, formulations and interventions for children and young people with moderate to severe mental health difficulties</li>  <li> Provide a pivotal lead role in reducing waiting lists ('Referral to Treatment' (RTT) times) for Routine Core through indirect consultation and formulation skills offers to Core Mental Health Practitioners and providing direct joint-clinical work at referral, initial assessment and therapeutic intervention stages, where appropriate.</li>  <li> Be client-centred and a goal-focused member of our multi-disciplinary service, championing ROMs and contributing to service developments, as appropriate.</li>  <li> Empower and support young people on their journey to recovery</li>  <li> Offer clinical advice and support, consultations, supervision and training for professionals in our CAMHS Service.</li>  <li> Be an active member of an experienced multi-disciplinary service and contribute to team and service developments.</li>  <li> Contribute to case discussions and a 'careteam' approach to formulation.</li> </ul>

We provide training, clinical supervision and access to a peer support network. </p><p>This role is crucial in supporting the Registered Nurses on an evening to enable patients to remain at home and avoid hospital admission.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will support the Registered Nurse, responding to intervention call outs between the hours of 5pm and 10pm. You may also work alongside a colleague and visit patients to deliver planned care.</p><p>You must have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.

It would be expected that you are available to work on a rota over 7 evenings per week, 365 days per year. Your hours of work will be 17:00pm - 22:00pm.</p><p>The role is based from Hunslet Health Centre, though it is expected that you travel across the city of Leeds during your shift, to deliver patient care.</p><p>The contract is for a minimum of 10 hours (2 evenings) up to a maximum of 30 hours (6 evenings). <p>Counsellors&nbsp;on Placement provide emotional and therapeutic support to children and young people aged 4-18 in Place2Be partner schools. As an organisation that has adopted the BACP ethical framework of good practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, counsellors working within the organisation are dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of the children they work with.</p>

    <li>Place2Be provides a high level of support to counsellors on placement through regular supervision, tailored training workshops and offers a well-recognised clinical placement*.</li>
    <li>We provide a comprehensive induction programme and clinical supervision is undertaken at the end of each day.</li>
    <li>We need you to be available for a minimum of one day per week to work in a therapeutic capacity with up to 3 children offering one-to-one counselling.</li>
    <li>Placements are term time only and run for one academic year. There are opportunities for you to stay with us beyond one year.</li>
    <li>You will have the opportunity to attend up to six optional workshops throughout the year which are recognised as continuing professional development time.</li>

Overview <p>Role: Counsellor in Training</p><p>Reporting: Team Leader</p><p>Kooth is a fast growing business with a social purpose. Listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE:KOO), our mission is to provide welcoming and effective digital mental health support to the nation. Working in partnership with the NHS, we are already the UK's largest digital mental health platform for young people aged 10-25. We are now rapidly expanding into supporting the NHS adult population, providing corporate solutions to help build mentally healthy businesses, and expanding internationally. As well as delivering an online service, we are also commissioned by Halton Borough Council to provide face-to-face counselling across the city for children and young people aged between 11-19 years old (up to 25 with additional needs)</p><p>In addition to the employed Counsellors on the team, we are also able to offer positions as Counsellors in Training. These are voluntary face-to-face positions ideally suited to a student who has already completed their first year of level 4 training and is looking to accrue additional training hours in order to meet their training obligations.</p><p>Management Supervision is provided by the Team ManagerSenior Practitioner.
