<p>A fantastic opportunity has arisen within PAM Occupational Health Solutions for an&nbsp;<strong>Occupational Health Technician</strong>&nbsp;to join our OH Screening Team within the Private/Public sector and support some of our well-established clients.</p><p><strong>Covering - Bradford and&nbsp;surrounding areas, and willingness to travel UK Wide ​- Mobile Screening Unit provided.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>8.5 working day, providing 7 clinical hours, Driving and some overnight stays are required in this role and are fully paid for. Full remit of screening to be provided and delivered to a variety of clients and industries.   <p>The Wellbeing in Mind team has 3 functions:</p> <ol>  <li>Support the development of a whole-school or college approach to wellbeing. This can include, but is not limited to, supporting sites to develop and implement mental health and wellbeing policies, development of resources, supporting campaigns and delivering training, assemblies and PHSE curriculum.</li>  <li>Provide timely advice and consultation to education staff. This is designed to support teaching staff to build their skills and confidence in supporting the wellbeing needs of their students/pupils. This is offered in both a formal and informal way.</li>  <li>Undertake direct assessments and intervention for young people within education. We offer a low intensity service model, predominantly using cognitive-behavioural therapy.</li> </ol> <p>Each function accounts for a third of the team's workload.</p> <p>Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes. Due to the nature of the role and the days in which trainees are in university and service based, there would be an expectation that your working days would atleast cover Mondays and Tuesdays.

As a Senior co-ordinator you will be expected to have an excellent understanding of what low intensity CBT is and be a point of contact for all trainee EMHPs within the service. A key skill you will bring to the role is prioritisation to ensure the effective throughput of cases.
 There will be a core expectation that you have regular liaison with the university to ensure affective communication, between the service, university and trainee EMHPs to support them in their completion of the university course within the year. You will be expected to be the point of contact for the service for any challenges/concerns being raised regarding the trainee EMHP and to ensure regular communication with team managers and the service manager if escalation is needed.
