  <p>We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and enthusiastic Assistant Psychologist to join our Perinatal Loss Service based in Suffolk, on a 12 month fixed term contract.   This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a specialist service that offers specialist assessment and psychological interventions to women and birthing people who are experiencing mental health difficulties following perinatal loss.   </p><p>You will have theopportunity to gain experience working in perinatal mental health and also to continue to support the development of a relatively new service.</p> <p>We are a small, dedicated team comprising of a Clinical Psychologist, a Peer Support Worker and two specialist Maternity Bereavement Support Workers. As a team we offer specialist assessment and psychological interventions to women and birthing people who are experiencing mental health difficulties following perinatal loss. The team offers support across the county with bases in Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds and works closely with the Suffolk Community Perinatal Team.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The role will involve the successful candidate working with their team to deliver psychologically informed assessments and interventions, with a focus on short term individual work. The service draws on a range of psychological models including CBT, EMDR, CFT and also offers some Couples therapy. There may be some opportunity for group work as the service continues to develop. The post holder would also be responsible for supporting the team to complete routine outcome measures, updating databases and be involved in auditing psychological therapies within the service. There would be opportunities for service-related research and audit.</p> <p>You will receive weekly supervision from a qualified psychologist.</p> <p>As a service we have close links to the clinical psychology doctoral training programme at the UEA and have supported previous assistant psychologists onto clinical training. Remote ADHD Psychologist

  <p>We're seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist (Band 8a, 1.0 WTE) to help shape and deliver psychologically-informed care in our 24/7 recovery house service--a short-stay alternative to hospital admission for adults experiencing acute mental health distress.Working flexibly within a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide trauma-informed assessments, brief interventions, and psychological leadership in a recovery-focused, inclusive environment that centres lived experience and cultural safety.</p> <p>Recovery House (RH)is a new and innovative service we are launching that meets an important need for people(18+)experiencing poor mental health. The RH will provide those in crisis with a safe, secure and welcoming environment to support the de-escalation of crisis. The House will be open to new and existing BSMHFT service users and will provide a homely environment, allowing people to retain independence, whilst receiving person centred and appropriate care.</p> <p>The service which is part of the Trust's Urgent Care pathway is a partnership with Birmingham Mind and builds on the range of strong collaborations we have with the voluntary sector.</p> <p>The RH will serve as a base for community integration, allowing service users to connect with local communities and provision, as well as their family/carers.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 8a Psychologist, to lead the Long-Term Conditions part of Paediatric Psychological Support Service based at the Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital.</p> <p>The post-holder will be part of a small team of psychologists working with children diagnosed with a range of long-term medical conditions (e.g. inflammatory bowel diseases, juvenile arthritis, epilepsy) living in Brighton and Hove. This role includes close collaboration with another 8a psychologist who leads on working with children with long-term conditions living outside of Brighton and Hove.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The Long-Term Conditions Service offer short-term therapy, as well as consultation and training to support the needs of children diagnosed with long-term medical conditions. as a service, we draw on a range of therapeutic approaches including CBT, systemic, mindfulness, ACT and EMDR. The focus of this role would be to oversee the incoming referrals to the service and responses to these, including holding a clinical caseload and supervising the clinical work of a band 7 psychologist (and at times a trainee clinical psychologist). This role would suit a flexible and dynamic practitioner who is able to develop treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of children, young people and their families, which might include individual, parent-child, parent or group work, as well as close liaison with medical teams and other agencies. There is room for innovation within the service, with previous practitioners offering Tree of Life groups, Woodland Wellbeing days and sea swimming groups to support young people to have a different experience of themselves and build their confidence. Opportunities to develop appropriate staff training and group work is also supported where this meets a clinical need. The post-holder would be encouraged to supervise or co-supervise a trainee clinical psychologist.</p>

  <p>An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team on Westgate unit based in HMP Frankland.</p> <p>The Westgate team is part of the Offender Personality Disorder national strategy. The Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) pathway programme is a jointly commissioned initiative that aims to provide a pathway of psychologically informed services for a highly complex and challenging offender group who are likely to have a severe personality disorder and who pose a high risk of harm to others, or a high risk of reoffending in a harmful way.</p> <p>Westgate is situated within HMP Frankland and Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear foundation Trust are contracted by Tees, Esk and Wear Valley Trust to provide care and treatment for the residents of Westgate.</p> <p>The successful candidate may have desirable experience of working with a complex service user group and will have demonstrable experience of effective working with wider agencies and effective delivery of identified interventions.</p> <p>The Westgate Multi-Disciplinary Team are diverse and very much integrated within the prison environment.   <p><strong>If you do not hold the relevant qualification for the post (i.e. PGCert in an Talking Therapies approved course for low intensity psychological interventions) applications will not be accepted </strong></p>
<p>Wolverhampton Talking Therapies Service within the Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression services to the local population of Wolverhampton.</p>
<p>The service offers a number of evidence-based psychological interventions both at step 2 and step 3 as proposed by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidance. The service endeavours to offer the local population a full range of evidence-based psychological interventions, within a stepped care approach, to a high standard and quality .</p>
<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen in the team for one permanent and full-time Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join and contribute to the innovation and success of our well-established Talking Therapies service.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holders will work alongside other Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and will be required to assist in providing line management, supervision, direction, and development to the step 2 workforce. The post holders will also have a significant role to play with the development of trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.</p>
  <h3>About us</h3>
  <p>The step 2 service offers a combination of Computerised Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Telephone one-to-one Low Intensity CBT, and face-to-face one-to-one Low Intensity CBT. The service endeavours to introduce group interventions at step 2 and post holders will be key in developing and shaping the content and delivery of step 2 groups to sit alongside the aforementioned interventions.</p>
<p>Our service is keen to hear from applicants who have the motivation and enthusiasm to contribute to the innovation and improvement existing processes both within step 2 and the service as a whole.
