  <p>You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Psychologist, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patientsYou will also;</p><ul> <li>Provide specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and therapy for both private outpatient services and the hospitals private inpatient ward.</li> <li>Work autonomously within professional guidelines, ensuring high standards of clinical governance.</li> <li>Administer psychometric tests and evidence-based assessments as clinically indicated.</li> <li>Deliver individual and group therapy sessions as part of a dedicated, multidisciplinary team.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Psychotherapists to deliver comprehensive mental health care.</li></ul>

a Clinical or Forensic Psychologist at our forensic mental health hospital, Heatherwood
Court. Comprising of a Locked Rehabilitation Service (1 female ward) and a Low
Secure Service (1 male and 2 female wards), Heatherwood Court treats patients with
complex needs, including severe and enduring mental illness, complex trauma,
and difficulties consistent with a diagnosis of personality disorder. </p><p>We are looking for applicants with
experience of working with service users with complex needs and risk behaviours
along with those who have an interest and prior experience of delivering
evidenced-based interventions for people with personality disorder and/or
complex mental health problems. We are particularly interested in candidates
who have received DBT training, but would offer training to suitable candidates
on appointment.</p><p>This post will join an established, dynamic
team of psychologists including a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, , Forensic Psychologist and
Assistant Psychologists, working as part of a specialist multi-disciplinary
team. The team are also supported by Positive Practice Workers, graduate
psychologists in blended role combining both support worker shifts and clinical
days with the teams. There are also regular opportunities to network with the

Where needed, holding discussions with step 3 and/or step 4 clinicians to ensure step ups and safe onward referrals are completed and that patient dignity and confidentiality is maintained at all times. There will also be opportunities for community outreach work to promote the work we do to other services, educational settings and careers events.</p>

  <p>We are recruiting a <strong>part-time (30 hours per week) substantive Band 7 CAMHS Clinician</strong>to join the <strong>Adolescent Mental Health Team (AMHT)</strong>within <strong>ELFT South Bedfordshire CAMHS</strong>, based in Luton. This is a community-focused role providing a highly specialist mental health service to children, young people, and their families presenting with complex mental health needs.</p> <p>As part of the ELFT AMHT, the post holder will deliver comprehensive specialist assessments and formulation-driven treatment packages, offering flexible, evidence-based episodes of care for adolescents presenting with a range of complex and high-risk mental health difficulties. You will work collaboratively within a well-established, supportive, and dynamic multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure that young people receive the highest standard of care.</p> <p>We are ideally looking for a <strong>Social Worker or Registered Mental Health Nurse</strong>who also has a background in therapeutic practice, such as <strong>Psychotherapy, Art Therapy, or Family/Systemic Therapy</strong>. Join our dynamic team and take on a pivotal role within our Rehabilitation Pathway, which comprises of Willow Ward, inpatient rehab and The Mental Health Rehabilitation Team, community.</p><p>In this role you will be responsible for providing highly specialised Clinical Leadership across the rehabilitation services in somerset for service users with complex severe and enduring mental health difficulties across the rehabilitation pathway. You will be responsible for coordinating and providing specialist assessment, formulation, consultation, training and supervision.</p><p>As part of the leadership team, you will deliver clinical leadership when required and play a vital role in designing and shaping new services. Collaboration with senior staff in the Adult Psychology and Psychological Therapies Service will ensure the effective implementation of best practice.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will independently manage complex cases as an autonomous practitioner, applying guidelines, policies, and research, and seeking consultation when needed. You will support capacity monitoring and caseload management within the Rehabilitation Pathway to ensure efficiency and equitable access.</p><p>Responsibilities include providing expert consultancy to staff and professionals on assessment, case formulation, and interventions; delivering specialised psychological assessments and treatments; and participating in multidisciplinary discussions and planning. You will deputise for senior colleagues as agreed.</p><p>You will identify training needs, contribute to the service's development strategy, and deliver teaching and training as required. Additionally, you will ensure teams have access to an evidence-based framework for understanding and supporting clients with severe and enduring mental health difficulties through advice, consultation, and dissemination of specialist knowledge.</p>
