  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To work within our 'directive' pathway providing structured therapies such as CBT/ ACT/ CFT (our other pathways are: exploratory, family, psychiatry/ mental health nursing)</p>
<p>Provide a high quality specialist clinical/ counselling psychologist/CBT therapy service to adult cancer patients within the context of the Adult Psychological Support Service, including assessment and evidence based interventions associated with the complex physical and psychological impacts of a cancer diagnosis.</p>
<p>Work autonomously, within professional guidelines, code of conduct and the overall framework of the team/trust policies and procedures.</p>
<p>Provide specialist advice and consultation on patients' psychological care to colleagues through psychosocial meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings and attendance at clinics if appropriate.</p>
<p>Utilize research skills for audit, policy and development of psychological services for patients with cancer</p>
<p>Develop, organize, and deliver specialist psychological education and training for multi-professionals caring for individuals impacted by cancer; and patients and their carers as required by The Royal Marsden Trust in collaboration with other colleagues.</p>
<p>Offer, where appropriate, clinical supervision to attached trainee psychological practitioners, assistant psychologists working the team, clinical nurse specialists/ other members of health care team as appropriate.</p>

<p>Place2Be is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team. This is a key role in helping us communicate our impact and services through compelling visual content across print, web, social media, and video. We’re looking for a creative self-starter who can confidently take ownership of projects, working independently to deliver high-quality designs that align with given briefs and our brand identity. </p>
<p>You’ll be responsible for transforming given briefs into accessible and engaging visuals, managing digital assets, and ensuring all content meets our standards for accessibility and inclusion. You will also be responsible for designing impact reports and social media graphics that is vital to bringing our mission to life. </p>
