CAMHS Clinician.</strong></p><p><em>This is a remote, sessional role taking place during term-time only (minimum commitment: 2.5 hours per session including admin time).</em></p><p>This is an exciting new opportunity to facilitate online parent support groups at Brandon Centre. The groups support parents and carers of children and young people
between the ages of 5 to 16 years-old. The aim of the groups is to create a supportive and
safe environment for parents and carers who are impacted by the mental health of the children and young
people they are responsible for. The groups help to bridge the gap
between traditional mental health services for young people and parental
support services in Camden and Islington.</p><p>The candidate for this role will be qualified and experienced in
delivering parent groups, they should be aware of cultural
sensitivities and be competent in recording and managing safeguarding concerns.</p><p>The successful candidate will have the opportunity
to collaborate with the Brandon Centre team, and input on service design and development in our organisation.</p><p>A clinician who has a Microsoft Teams account and a

  <p>To provide a qualified specialist child and adolescent psychotherapy service to children and young people with mental health problems across all sectors of care as part of a multi-disciplinary CAMHS team. Providing specialist psychotherapeutic assessment and therapy to service users and their families/carers and advice and consultation on their care to non-psychotherapist colleagues and the professional network involved in their support. The post holder will work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the service's policies and procedures. They will utilise research skills for audit to support policy and service development; and undertake research within the area served by the service and of relevance to young people their families and carers.</p>
