The role presents a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop and broaden their leadership skills - mentoring, supervising, and developing the careers and skills of others, as well as yourself.</p> <p>The MDT consists of medics, psychological therapists, social workers, OTs, RMNs and support workers, as well as embedded workers from the third sector to support with employment, housing and social needs. The team is highly supportive and committed to delivering high quality patient care; where the caseload can be demanding, diverse and frequently complex.</p> <p>We care deeply about our patients and their loved ones and believe in listening and responding as a team; piloting new models, supporting each other and developing and using new care approaches.
