Youth Mental Health Support Worker - Leeds (Driver)

Care in Mind is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker for our Leeds home to support young people with education, life skills and independent living, including medication administration and recording. You will help maintain a safe, homely environment while supporting transition to independence in the community.

You will work with young people who may have eating disorders and mental health diagnoses, with training provided and ongoing mentoring from clinical staff.
