Youth Mental Health Support Worker - Flexible Shifts

Care in Mind in Leeds is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to join our new residential home for young people aged 16-30 with mental health needs. The role involves promoting independence, assisting with education, household tasks and life skills, and updating online care records.

Full training will be provided and ongoing mentoring from our residential and clinical team. Shifts include early, late and occasional nights, with weekend and bank holiday work expected.
