Youth Mental Health Support Worker - Build Independence

Care in Mind is recruiting a Mental Health Support Worker - Driver for Huddersfield. You will work with young people to promote independence, assisting with education, household tasks, and life skills while updating care records and administering medication.

The role involves maintaining a warm home environment, supporting transition into the community, and facilitating activities such as outings. Training is provided, and there is ongoing mentoring from a residential and clinical team.
