The Role
We’re seeking a Volunteer Team Leader to guide our local management team. You’ll:
• Lead meetings, set goals, and delegate tasks
• Recruit and support volunteers
• Plan strategies and manage resources
• Build community partnerships and represent Read Easy locally
• Oversee smooth day-to-day operations
