Triage Mental Health Practitioner - Community Care

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd wishes to recruit a Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner (Triage) to work with service users with complex health presentations, developing care plans and recovery plans to help them lead fulfilling lives.
