Trauma-Informed Mental Health Support Worker

Look Ahead Care, Support and Housing Ltd is seeking a Support Worker with experience in mental health to join our team and support individuals with complex needs, including PTSD and trauma-related difficulties.

You will deliver person-centered, recovery-focused and trauma-informed support that promotes recovery, stability, emotional wellbeing and independence, following care plans and building trusting professional relationships.
