Systemic Family Therapist - Trauma-Informed, Community-Based

Southend-on-Sea City Council is recruiting a full-time Systemic Family Therapist to join our new Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT). You will provide specialist family therapy across community settings, support frontline social work, and lead trauma-informed interventions with families open to CIN or CP plans.

Based in Southend, this role offers on-site work with some home-based options and scope to shape new practices, drive risk assessment quality, and promote whole-family systemic approaches
