This hybrid role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to adults experiencing common mental health issues.
Main duties of the job
You will work within theNHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) framework, delivering short-term counselling interventions that are person-centred and guided by thePerson-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD)model.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and delivering therapy sessions
- Supporting clients through their mental health journeys using evidence-based practice
- Maintaining clear, timely clinical notes on our digital system
- Collaborating with team members, supervisors, and partner agencies
- Participating in regular supervision, training, and professional development
