Senior Youth Mental Health Support Worker - Leeds

Care in Mind is recruiting a Senior Healthcare Support Worker for our Leeds home. You will supervise a team, lead shifts, and help develop and update care plans for young people with mental health needs, including those with eating disorders. Full training and mentoring will be provided by our clinical team.

You will support meal and fluid documentation, manage self-harm incidents, and assist residents through independence-focused transitions as they prepare for community living.
