Senior Urgent Care Practitioner Lead Clinician & Educator

Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Senior Urgent Care Practitioner with a professional registration of NMC or HCPC. You will be a clinical expert in direct patient care, including assessment, examination, documentation, prescription, and discharge planning for adults and children presenting with minor injuries and illness.

The role includes regular Shift Lead duties to ensure patients are cared for by the right person, in the right place, at the right
