Senior Mental Health Support Worker - Lead Youth Care Team

Care in Mind is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for Bromborough, offering 37.5 hours per week in a residential setting for young people aged 16-30. The role requires supervising a team, driving a service car unsupervised, and coordinating care with our clinical team.

The candidate should have a full UK manual driving licence, be able to attend weekday training, and write clear reports. Experience with mental health needs is desirable. Training and career development are provided.
