Meadows CMHT is seeking a highly motivated Band 6 mental Health Practitioner to join the team. You will manage a reasonable-sized caseload, cover shared care, and carry out assessments.
You will be involved in training, mentoring and supervising new and unregistered staff, as well as delivering frontline clinical care. The role offers regular supervision and opportunities to work with other agencies to promote holistic recovery-focused care.
