Senior Educational Psychologist - Strategic Leader (Hybrid)

Leicestershire County Council is seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join the Leicestershire Educational Psychology Service as a leadership post. The role combines strategic leadership with applied psychological practice to extend reach and impact across the LA and region.

The successful candidate will lead on service development, supervise a team of EPs, and contribute to monitoring and continuous improvement while balancing strategic work with direct practice.
