Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner - Empower Recovery

Wight Healthcare is recruiting for a Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker to join the Adult Mental Health team at Parkway Centre, Havant.

The role supports people with severe and enduring mental health needs in the community, with emphasis on teamwork, CPA process, risk assessment and recovery principles. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and a valid driving license.
