Job Description:
A Principal Clinical Psychologist is required to provide senior-level clinical leadership within a specialist multidisciplinary service. The role involves delivering highly specialist psychological assessment and intervention, overseeing clinical formulations, and supporting complex case management. The postholder will contribute to service development, offer clinical supervision to junior psychologists and other team members, and promote evidence-based, person-centred practice. This position is suited to an experienced clinician with advanced therapeutic skills, strong leadership capability, and a commitment to improving outcomes for the individuals supported.
