The SEN and Mental Health Support Worker role will involve supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other special needs in the classroom and during activities. You will promote a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment by providing 1:1 or small group interventions to aid learning and emotional regulation. You will also collaborate with teachers, therapists and SEN professionals to implement personalised support plans.
