Rehabilitation Support Worker: Brain Injury Rehab & Growth

Brainkind in Aylesbury is seeking a Rehabilitation Support Worker to provide personalised support to adults with brain injury. You will follow individual plans to help residents gain independent living skills, including personal care, meals, exercise and social activities.

Full training and induction are provided. Roles available in both full-time and part-time arrangements, with opportunities to develop through structured coaching and a supportive team in a caring, community-focused setting.
