Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support mental health teams in various settings, making critical care decisions.
- Assess, plan, and deliver person-centered interventions for complex needs like challenging behaviors.
- Advocate for clients, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- RMN with current NMC registration; 2+ years experience as a nurse.
- Proven team leadership in mental health; PMVA training required/provided.
- Strong communication, empathy under pressure, and flexibility for varied shifts.
