Cygnet St Teilo House has been designed to provide an environment that promotes recovery for women with its focus on space, personal privacy and dignity.Your Day-to-Day You will be working 42 hours per week.Starter rate - £22.62 per hourAfter 3 months - £22.94 per hourProduce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observationsWork closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve qualityAttend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursingUnder NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals.Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.You are Open, compassionate, honest & resilientNewly Qualified or Experienced RMN with a current Pin NumberCapable to maintain documentation and undertake auditsWell informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 & have an understanding of latest nursing practicesAble to deputise in a clinical lead roleFocused on patient recovery to monitor, manage & reduce riskHelping to empower & support service user independence.Why Cygnet?
