Salary: £25 - £58 per hour (DOE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a purpose-built neurological home in Swansea. This role offers flexible working hours, including days, nights and weekends, in a low secure mental health facility that provides high quality assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for residents with neurological conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of nursing care in a supportive environment, ensuring residents receive personalised care plans tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Administering medication and reviewing care plans for residents
- Implementing care and treatment strategies for patients with neurological conditions
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver comprehensive care
- Monitoring and evaluating patient progress and adjusting care plans accordingly
- Ensuring a safe, caring and homely environment for all residents
- Valid NMC pin as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), RGN or RNLD
- Experience in mental health, learning disabilities or general nursing, with restraint experience preferred
- Compassionate, responsible and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with colleagues and families
- Right to work in the UK
