We provide flexible ad-hoc or block booking shifts across multiple clients, including weekdays, nights, and weekends.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:
- Provide high-quality mental health care across a range of private settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support personalised care plans
- Observe and respond to patients' clinical needs, escalating concerns when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using electronic systems in line with professional standards
- Report to ward managers or clinical leads
We're Looking For
- NMC-registered RMN with relevant mental health experience
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Three years of employment references
- Excellent communication and strong clinical decision-making abilities
- A caring, patient-focused approach with the flexibility to adapt to new teams and environments
