Recovery-Focused Community Mental Health Practitioner

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Community Mental Health Practitioner in Wareham. You will manage a dedicated caseload of patients with Serious Mental Illness, delivering person-centred, evidence-based interventions to support recovery.

You'll work within an MDT with Consultants, nurses, therapists, and social care professionals, receiving supervision and opportunities to develop skills in therapies and advanced nursing practice.
