What you will do in the role…

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting service quality by preparing reports, assisting with audits, taking accurate minutes during governance meetings, triaging incidents and complaints, and managing patient notes requests in line with data protection standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and proven experience using Microsoft Office applications.
