Time Commitment: 1 hour per week (Thursday or Friday evenings, term-time only)

About Us:
West Kirby Amateur Swimming Club is a welcoming, family-oriented and fully inclusive community club. We focus on helping children develop essential swimming skills in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Our aim is to make a positive difference in the lives of local children, building confidence, ability, and a lifelong love of swimming.

The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 1 or Level 2 Swimming Teacher to join our friendly volunteer team. You’ll deliver fun and engaging lessons for children of all abilities, helping them progress in a safe, encouraging environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead or assist in weekly swimming sessions (1 hour per week) during term time
• Support swimmers of all abilities, helping them develop confidence and key aquatic skills
• Engage with children and parents to foster our friendly “family club” atmosphere

• Level 1 or Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (or willing to work towards it – training provided)
