The service is dedicated to providing a high quality environment for promoting long-term recovery.Your day-to-day Carry out psychological assessments & provide therapy to individuals & groupsWork systemically with staff, as well as directly with service usersConsult with staff, families & other agencies about the psychological care of the client groupOffer psychological insight & knowledge to the multidisciplinary teamSupport the clinical, nursing & direct care teams in making skilled evaluations & decisions about riskEvaluate the service, contribute to its development & carry out clinical research.We are looking for someone who is An experienced Psychologist, ideally with an adult mental health client groupExperienced in working as part of a multidisciplinary teamKnowledgeable of mental health legislation, risk assessment & risk management principlesPreferably trained in complex therapies such as Schema focused, Cognitive Analytical & DBTPassionate about working with people with a range of complex mental health needsCapable of treating difficulties such as self-harm, physical & verbal aggression, history of sexual offending & drug & alcohol problemsAn excellent communicator.Why Cygnet?
