Prison Counsellor: 1:1 & Group Therapy, Flexible Hours

Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a part-time Counsellor to deliver 1:1 and group therapies at HMP Haverigg, Cumbria. The role supports Step 2 talking therapies within an integrated prison mental health team, with supervision under BACP standards. Applicants should have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and IAPT experience.

The post involves Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 with some flexibility, and a focus on accessibility and timely treatment, including use of PHQ-9 and GAD-7 measures.
