Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Perinatal Support Worker to join the Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Service across Essex. You will support clinical staff, women and families through the perinatal period, delivering planned care and collaborating with maternity, health visiting and GP services.
The role covers five hubs, involves face-to-face contact in homes, community settings and hospitals, with supervision and induction provided.
